Steps:
1. Click on “More” in the top menu.
2. Select “Language and speech” and then choose “Show live captions”.
3. Next, click ⚙️ (Gear icon) to access “Caption settings”.
4. In the “Caption settings” menu, set the “Caption Language” to “(Chinese Traditional, Taiwan)”.
